All our products are made to order and we do not offer refunds, however, we offer a full exchange when the item is returned unworn and within 30 days.

Please be advised that if we have the item you have ordered in stock, we will despatch it as soon as possible. If we don’t, it will be ready within three weeks.

After you have placed your order and received the automated order confirmation, you will then be sent a separate email informing you of the despatch date.

-No exchange or refund available for custom-made/ hand carved bespoke orders.

If you require additional resizing of the rings this is available at the cost of £25 (postage not included).

-We believe in producing timeless jewellery and stand by the quality of our pieces. We will refund or repair items returned to us within 6 months of the purchase date if there is a faulty defect.

 We reserve the right not to refund or repair for free your purchase if the item is damaged, shows wear and tear, has stretched due to incorrect sizing, or that there is evidence of unauthorised repairs or resizing taking place.
Our jewellery is handcrafted to a high standard, however normal wear and tear can affect the structure of the pieces.  It is your responsibility to have the jewellery periodically examined and cleaned to ensure the structural integrity of the pieces. It is also your responsibility to insure your items against loss or damage.
